This involved doing user interviews, drafting plans, documenting findings, and creating
prototypes at various fidelities for internal testing and development.

enhance the user experience. The custom design system I spearheaded has reduced development
time by 60%, allowing our small team of three to iterate quickly. We’re excited to keep

- I created high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes for the app's core "rabbit hole" feature,
which used a breadcrumb system to let users retrace their journaling journey from any point: child
reflections, parent-reflections, or the original entry. The goal was to help users spot patterns and
track growth.
